Animal Barn and Farm Yard Fun

The Animal Barn is host to a great number of animals, many of which are rare breeds. Our animals include pigs, sheep, chickens, rabbits, a donkey, a llama, goats, and a horse.

Outside, visit our new play yard adapted for all age groups. We offer activities for young and older kids including a straw castle, hay slide, tire pyramid, duck races, a mini-maze and a labyrinthe.

While you visit the farm, drop in to the Bakery Barn where we have fresh baked pies, muffins, cookies and more made from produce grown on the farm.

StarGazing on the Boardwalk

Visit the boardwalk in Ste. Anne de Bellevue and get an introduction to stargazing. Meet with members from the Royal Astronomical Society of Canada and ask your questions about our solar system and get instruction on how to use a telescope. Once the sun goes down, spend some time gazing at the night sky.

Numerous telescopes will be available for the public.

Imperium Dance School Open House

If you or your child are interested in dancing at Imperium but are unsure of which dance styles you prefer, then this is the event for you!

We would like to invite you to our OPEN HOUSE that will take place on Saturday August 5th! Current students, future students – there will be something for all of you! You will get the chance to meet some of our staff, visit our facilities and try a few of our classes that we will offer during the regular season which will start on September 10th. There will also be games for the little ones from 12:00 to 1:00pm.

If you’ve ever wondered where honey comes from and how bees make it, this is a great opportunity to learn. Spend time with a honey farmer, see how honey is farmed, and ask all of your questions.

To avoid health issues, we remind people that when they are in the barn with the animals they do not bring any food or drinks with them. Also, as soon as you have finished visiting with our farm friends, we ask that you go to our hand-washing station to wash up. No dogs are allowed on the farm.

Family Affair Day
