SnowShoeing Walk at Morgan Arboretum (Ste Anne De Bellevue)

 

Join Arboretum Naturalist Scott Pemberton as he takes you on a half-day outing to explore the beautiful scenery and maybe spot some very interesting wildlife. This walk is suitable for anyone, whether you are an experienced snowshoer or just got your first pair over the holidays. Snowshoe basics will be covered before heading into the woods. This marvelous 4.4-km hike boasts some of the Arboretum’s oldest forests and reveals a wilder perspective, as this trail is much less frequented by visitors and is off limits to dogs.

Please bring your snowshoes, a snack and water, camera, and binoculars.

Wibit Sundays at Olympic Park ( Montreal)

The Olympic Park Sports Centre invites you to discover the Wibit Sundays—located in the newly renovated installations and one of North America’s most stunning aquatic centres. Every Sunday, an aquatic playground full of challenges, daring feats and fun takes over the 50m pool—site of the 1976 Olympic Games swimming events. Young and old alike will enjoy the perfect place to hang out with friends and family in one of Montreal’s most majestic sports venues. Test your abilities on the water obstacles and inflatable tracks, where you can run, jump, slide, and swim your way to a whole lot of fun. When your 70-minute session is over, you may still enjoy the open swim section. For children ages 6 & up who know how to swim. Children 7 & under must be accompanied by an adult.
