The Fête des neiges de Montréal is an outdoor family event that occurs over a span of four consecutive weekends. Every year, thousands of visitors seeking a unique outdoor experience, get together to discover and celebrate the joys of winter.

Organized by the Société du parc Jean-Drapeau, this popular winter family-gathering event offers a diversified program geared toward outdoor fun, with many shows and activities on the schedule.

This year, for its 37th edition, the Fête des neiges de Montréal invites you to come, for the first time, to Espace 67, Parc Jean-Drapeau’s new event playground. It will be a great opportunity to enjoy a new setting, in a way you’ve never seen the Fête before!

Cineplex Sensory Friendly Movies (Kirkland)

This program provides a sensory friendly environment for individuals with autism spectrum disorder or anyone for whom the environment is suitable and their families to view new release films in theatres across the country.

These screenings are presented in a lights up, sound down environment. These screenings will take place approximately every 4-6 weeks on Saturday mornings at 10:30AM. Ticket price is the child admission price for any guests attending these screenings.

Tickets will be available the Tuesday prior to the screening date.

Threshold Skating Show (Dorval)

Threshold is, in every way possible, a transformative experience for contemporary dance. The original artistic team – skating artists Pascale Jodoin, Jasmine Boivin, Taylor Dilley, Samory Ba, and Alexandre Hamel, accompanied by playwright Ruth Little, bring forth a new show that is both hypnotic and adrenaline-charged with athletic virtuosity. Threshold is a moving poem about danger, change, misguidance, and memory.
