2016 Hudson Annual Street Fair

The Hudson Street Fair is back! 10 am to 4 pm Saturday July 30th, discover our local merchants along with over 60 artisans. Taste food from all over the world and enjoy free activities for kids at Benson Park. At 5 pm take a hot air balloon ride behind St Thomas School and cap off your day with fireworks at Jack Layton Park at 10 pm. On Sunday July 31st from 10 am – 4 pm pay a second visit to your favourite artisans while the kids enjoy free activities at Benson Park.

Robert Trépanier is a painter and a professional kite flyer whose passion for kites dates back to his childhood. Today, his artworks stimulate the imagination, use the element of surprise and continue to make us dream. Sometimes funny, sometimes serious, the kites embody the artist’s concerns with respect to environmental issues. In addition to participating in several festivals and international exhibitions, Robert Trépanier also offers cultural mediation activities which allow young people to develop their creativity and to be more environmentally conscious through the arts.
