Animal Barn and Farm Yard Fun

The Animal Barn is host to a great number of animals, many of which are rare breeds. Our animals include pigs, sheep, chickens, rabbits, a donkey, a llama, goats, and a horse.

Outside, visit our new play yard adapted for all age groups. We offer activities for young and older kids including a straw castle, hay slide, tire pyramid, duck races, a mini-maze and a labyrinthe.

While you visit the farm, drop in to the Bakery Barn where we have fresh baked pies, muffins, cookies and more made from produce grown on the farm.

Please Note – This is a drop off program We invite your youngsters to join us for a fun-filled pool party themed class. Stargazing on the Boardwalk

Visit the boardwalk in Ste. Anne de Bellevue and get an introduction to stargazing. Meet with members from the Royal Astronomical Society of Canada and ask your questions about our solar system and get instruction on how to use a telescope. Once the sun goes down, spend some time gazing at the night sky.

Numerous telescopes will be available for the public.

 Obstafun

OBSTAFUN is a 1 km obstacle fun run for kids with a fundraising component – West Island kids helping West Island kids.

20 child-friendly obstacles (bridges, tunnels, hay bales, planks, firefigher ladder, tires, cows and more) will be set up throughout the 1 km course and kids can do the course as many times as they like. There will be a new wave starting every 10 minutes to keep the course flowing. Note: the 9 a.m. wave will be reserved for children 6 years & younger.

Funds raised will benefit Community Shares, a non-profit organization that supports 40 community groups in the West Island.

Fete du Nautisme

The NDIP Nautical Center, in collaboration with the Pointe-du-Moulin Historical Park have organized a series of free activities as part of the 3rd edition of Nautical Fest.

Participants are invited to come and try for free various non-motorized watercraft. Activities will be offered both on water and on land, including free rental of non-motorized boats, SUP Yoga, visits of the old mill and the miller’s house.

Also, a kayak rally activity will help you learn more about the St. Lawrence River.
