Polaris Show (Montreal)

James, a travelling penguin from the South Pole, and Vladimir, a funny bear from the North Pole, meet on the Arctic sea ice. The two are amateur astronomers, trying to solve the mystery of why the night is so long at the Earth’s poles. In an exciting scientific adventure, they build an observatory and then an improvised spaceship. During a trip around the Earth, extended to Mars and Saturn, they get their answer and discover that the planets have similarities but also differences.

Cruisin at the Boardwalk Car Show (Ste. Anne de Bellevue)

Admire nearly 350 classic vehicles, old cars, “muscle cars”, “hot rods”, “rat rods”, utility vehicles and green energy vehicles exposed directly on the main street of the village of Sainte-Anne-de-Bellevue. More than 1 km of shiny bodywork and flamboyant mechanics, from 1900 to today, will stop the time, Saturday, June 15, 2019. This family event and friendly, free for all, takes place in the heart of one of the most beautiful villages of Quebec, and on the edge of the Parks Canada National Historic Canal. Take the time to stroll along the pedestrian St. Anne Street, and visit the many shops, restaurants and sunny terraces of the village. Enjoy the Canal Walk to admire the landscape and the many pleasure boats docked.

Sensory Screening Friendly Movies (kirkland)

Cineplex Entertainment in partnership with Autism Speaks Canada is delighted to present Sensory Friendly Screenings. This program provides a sensory friendly environment for individuals with autism spectrum disorder or anyone for whom the environment is suitable and their families to view new release films in theatres across the country.

These screenings are presented in a lights up, sound down environment. These screenings will take place approximately every 4-6 weeks on Saturday mornings at 10:30AM. Ticket price is the child admission price for any guests attending these screenings.

The Michaels Lemonade Stand (Pierrefonds)

We will be hosting our 4th annual lemonade stand fundraiser to raise money for the NICU at the Montreal Children’s Hospital. We are so grateful to them for the wonderful care they gave our youngest son. He spent 111 days in the NICU when he was born very prematurely at 26 weeks weighing 1lb 14oz.

It will be a great event for the whole family. There will be an inflatable, games, face painting, and some yummy treats for you. There will also be some awesome raffle prizes to be won as well.

This couldn’t be done without some incredible sponsors.
