Animal Barn and Farm Yard Fun

The Animal Barn is host to a great number of animals, many of which are rare breeds. Our animals include pigs, sheep, chickens, rabbits, a donkey, a llama, goats, and a horse.

Outside, visit our new play yard adapted for all age groups. We offer activities for young and older kids including a straw castle, hay slide, tire pyramid, duck races, a mini-maze and a labyrinthe.

While you visit the farm, drop in to the Bakery Barn where we have fresh baked pies, muffins, cookies and more made from produce grown on the farm.

Baby Rhyme Time

Babies and their caregivers will enjoy a session of rhymes, songs, and books, followed by free play with toys for the little ones and coffee for the grown-ups.

Space is limited. Advance registration is required.

EXPO FOR KIDS:THE CONTINUITY OF MOVEMENT – TAKE 2

In the fall of 2016, students from Pointe-Claire elementary schools discovered 17 artworks from their city’s permanent collection when they visited The Continuity of Movement exhibition.

Teachers joined in the process by adopting one of these artworks so that their students might experience it on a daily basis. Over a period of eight weeks, students became familiar with it, looked it over from every possible angle, and were inspired by it. The Continuity of Movement…. Take 2 is the result of their daily contact with art.

Toddler Cooking Class: Spring Flowers

You and your little one will create a flower-shaped fresh veggie tray and candy flower-topped cupcakes.

First Fridays at St-Columba: Journeys: Expected and Unexpected

Come travel with us and enjoy our last First Fridays community dinner before the summer break. All aboard the St. Columba train! All are welcome – young and old- to enjoy the ride. Suggested donation is only $8 per adult, but give what you can. The journey begins with snacks and lots of adventurous activities for the kids, but come when you can. Kids who finish quickly can continue with the activities or watch a movie.

Parents can relax. Kids rejoin their parents for dessert and for the draw for our floral centerpieces donated by Fleurifik. It is BYOB with juice, water, coffee and vegetarian options always available.

2nd Annual Family Fun Day

here will be bouncy castles, a BBQ, yard games, face painting and more! Fun for the whole family! There will be raffle prizes, so buy your tickets! You do NOT have to be present to win a prize. This event is free to attend, just a small cost for our BBQ (everything for $1!) and raffle tickets. Donations are always welcome. All money made on this day will go towards new toys and educational materials for our classrooms. This year, we will be adding a clothing sale inside as well! Come and get some gently used clothes for your little ones. We look forward to seeing you there!
