Spring Into Wellness Fair (Pointe Claire)

CORE Women in conjunction with the West Island Cancer Wellness Centre (WICWC) are pleased to invite you to our 3rd Spring into Wellness Fair, taking place at the Holiday Inn & Suites Pointe-Claire on Saturday, March 30th 2019 from 10 am to 5 pm.

CORE Women is proud to have the opportunity to host this event to benefit both our own non-profit fitness & community work and the West Island Cancer Wellness Centre.

The Wellness Fair is a full day event. Guests will be able to attend free of charge and have access to visit up to 40 exhibitors. Attendees will also be able to participate in workshops & conferences (for a small fee) throughout the day.

Maple Syrup & Taffy Fun (Ile Perrot)

Take a tractor and wagon ride (45 minutes) and learn about how Maple Syrup is produced and on your return enjoy one stick of Maple Taffy on snow.

Sugaring Off at Morgan Arboreum (Ste. Anne de Bellevue)

Experience the onset of this spring in one of the few sugar maple groves remaining on the Island of Montreal.

Enjoy a wagon ride to our sugar shack and learn how syrup is made in the traditional way: on a wood fire, from sap collected in buckets.

German sausages, hotdogs, drinks and, of course, taffy on snow will be sold at a nominal charge.
