Polaris Show (Montreal)

James, a travelling penguin from the South Pole, and Vladimir, a funny bear from the North Pole, meet on the Arctic sea ice. The two are amateur astronomers, trying to solve the mystery of why the night is so long at the Earth’s poles. In an exciting scientific adventure, they build an observatory and then an improvised spaceship. During a trip around the Earth, extended to Mars and Saturn, they get their answer and discover that the planets have similarities but also differences.

Expo for Kids: Frida in Full Colour (Pointe Claire)

With her works, Cara Carmina portrays the beauty of simply transforming a piece of paper or fabric into something extraordinary. Her art is expressive, colourful, and whimsical. This exhibit will feature her illustrations in various books, as well as some “Frida” dolls.

Where: Pointe-Claire Cultural Centre, Stewart Hall, 176 Lakeshore Rd.

Time: 1pm to 5pm

Le Grand Poutinefest de West Island (Pointe Claire)

The Great Poutinefest is coming to the West Island, for the benefit of the Lakeshore General Hospital Foundation.
For the first edition, a dozen of Food Trucks will be gathered at the Plaza Pointe-Claire. It is not every day that you will have the unique chance to shop your poutine, only from May 31 at June 2 2019. Join us and discover dozens of activities for all ages: musical groups, public entertainers, professional makeup artists, water games, inflatable games

For lovers of good beer, you will be able to enjoy a range of local micro-breweries.
