Feztival of Trees ( DDO)

The FEZtival of Trees is a family-friendly Christmas Tree Decoration Extravaganza held by Karnak Shriners, which brings together families, neighbors, businesses & community partners to celebrate the many joys of Christmas, while holding true to the generous spirit of the holidays themselves.

The FEZtival is a public event where local businesses & organizations donate fully decorated Christmas Trees (Artificial) that are displayed and raffled off to the public. Each tree winner will receive their very own uniquely decorated Christmas Tree, PLUS all the gifts contained in or under the tree. Values will range based on decor and gifts chosen by each Tree Sponsor.

Of course, no Christmas event would be proper without the opportunity for children of all ages to sit on SANTA’s knee and have their photo taken with him. In addition, there will be refreshments & other Christmas themed activities for all to enjoy.

Proceeds are for the benefit of Karnak Shriners activities. Payments are not deductible as charitable contributions.

How does it all work?

  1. Fully Decorated Trees & Gifts are donated by local businesses & organizations
  2. Tree Extravaganza (open to the public) – spectators enjoy viewing the uniquely decorated trees
  3. Each Tree will have a Ticket Box – spectators purchase raffle tickets and place them in the box for the tree they wish to win

This is the place to do all your Holiday shopping – there’s something for family, friends, hostess gifts, co-worker gifts, and birthday gifts too. Clearpoint Elementary Craft Fair ( Pointe Claire)

At our fair, you will find art, baked goods, clothing, comics, crafts, jewelry, pet treats and accessories, preserves, raffles, refreshments, soaps, toys and much more! 40+ wonderful artisans and vendors including some first timers to our fair and many familiar favorites. Plenty of activities for the children such as the Kids Spa, Kids Only Room, ornament decorating, cookie decorating and the Grade 6 Game Room! New this year, we also have a room of gently used children’s clothing and books.

Please come hungry to the fair! Aside from having our Chili Off and refreshments, Domino’s Pizza (Pointe-Claire) will be there serving fresh, hot pizza from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM. Slices are $2.00 each and $1.00 per slice is being donated to Clearpoint from Domino’s Pizza! Need a little pick me up the day of our Holiday Fair? 2018 Hudson Santa Claus Parade (Hudson)

Our annual Santa Claus Parade starts at 1 pm in front of Westwood Senior Campus (69 Cote St-Charles), turns EAST along Main Road and ends at the Community Centre (394 Main Road). Main Road is closed from 12:30 so get to your spot early, or park in the St Thomas parking lot until 1:30 pm. The Montreal Pipes and Drums are back, as are the Shriners, and other favourites. After the parade, come have a cup of hot chocolate and meet Santa.
