What is the secret to raising a food lover? Our PC Chef and in-store Dietitian combine forces to share their tips and techniques with you and your child. In this interactive, hands-on class, our Chef will show your family how cooking smart with proper techniques and healthier ingredients you can create delicious, nutritious, family-friendly dishes. Our Dietitian will cover the nutritional benefits of the featured foods, and provide practical advice on how you can introduce small changes to your family’s meal routines. Your family will leave the class with an excitement for new foods, plus the knowledge and skills to tackle meal-time with a love of food in mind. $15 dollars per person (Adult or child). Suitable for children 6 years old and over. Children must be accompanied by an adult.
