Westmount Park Community Church with other green organizations and Joel Coutu is sponsoring a free nature walk to visit the Birds of the Montreal Wetlands.

Easter Egg Hunt at Quinn Farm

Visit the farm for a different kind of Easter egg hunt. Take a wagon ride around the farm and let the hunters loose in our tree plantation. After the egg hunt, children can visit the animal barn and the outdoor play yard (weather permitting). Every child participating will receive: an Easter basket to bring home, the Easter eggs he or she collects and a homemade chocolate lollipop.

EXPO FOR KIDS:THE CONTINUITY OF MOVEMENT – TAKE 2

In the fall of 2016, students from Pointe-Claire elementary schools discovered 17 artworks from their city’s permanent collection when they visited The Continuity of Movement exhibition.

Teachers joined in the process by adopting one of these artworks so that their students might experience it on a daily basis. Over a period of eight weeks, students became familiar with it, looked it over from every possible angle, and were inspired by it.

The Continuity of Movement…. Take 2 is the result of their daily contact with art.

Where: Pointe-Claire Cultural Centre, Stewart Hall, 176 Lakeshore Road, Pointe-Claire

Donate to Big Brothers & Big Sisters West Island and receive an egg that will have a coupon or gift certificate inside from one of the mall’s shops. We will have a colouring table set up with Ted’s Hobby Shop for some fun free activities.

Have your child’s picture taken with an actual Easter bunny from 11 to 4. Pictures are FREE, but donations to Big Brothers & Big Sisters West Island are appreciated. And, Easter wouldn’t be complete without a visit to the petting zoo.
