TransformArt Studio offers a variety of Art classes for children.
Intuitive Watercolor painting:
(Important: a minor change… the time for Intuitive watercolour painting is 5 to 6 pm)
(Wednesdays 5 to 6 pm – 8 to 12 years old – starts 21 September – all material included – $259)
In this class, children will learn various watercolour painting techniques and methods and how to apply them to the artwork to create personal outcomes. This class will allow the students to trust their thoughts and ideas by letting go of control and fears. Understanding the medium’s fluidity will enable them to discover unique ways of making art!
ZEN watercolour expressions:
(Fridays 4 to 4:30 pm – starts September 16th – 8 to 12 years old – all materials included – $265)
In this introductory course to drawing and watercolours students will learn to draw and work with colour theory and composition. They will make attractive paintings using watercolour techniques and they will learn how to draw with options to make it their own.Themes will be inspired by different styles, classic artists, nature, shapes, faces and the body. Students will be encouraged to be open and try things out of their comfort zone, let their imaginations run wild and get lost in the creative process. After every class, the artists will go home with a finished masterpiece. They will always be encouraged to let go of pressure from within (or others) and reminded that we are always learning. This class will have practice, practice, and more practice with tons of fun along the way!
