Experience intimate yoga classes and personalized attention with yoga therapist and yoga/meditation teacher Clearlight Gerald. Her specialized yoga is gleaned from her experience of two decades of teaching and her credentials as a certified yoga therapist (IAYT), iRest Yoga Nidra Meditation Teacher (IRI), and professional yoga teacher (E-RYT/RPYT), as well as a fully-trained birth doula. Classes and sessions in Prenatal Yoga, Childbirth Preparation, Mama Baby Yoga, and Fertility Yoga – as well as ‘just-you’ Mindful Yoga and Yoga Nidra. 
Yoga for Pregnancy and Childbirth classes, and Mom & Baby Yoga classes, expectant and new mothers gather to learn practices and tools to navigate the wild ride of pregnancy, birth and parenting from a place of strength, grace and confidence – in community with other local Mamas. Clearlight was a pioneer of prenatal and postnatal yoga classes, being the first in Montreal to offer the Mama and Baby classes 20 years ago. Clearlight brings insight, skillfulness and joy to her teaching, gleaned from her experience of supporting thousands of expectant and new moms in Montreal and surrounding community over the years.
