It’s a Christmas Eve box!!! They get new pjs, a Christmas movie, hot chocolate, snacks for the movie, etc!!!

Here is another great idea!!

A fun new way to count down the days till Christmas with your kids or grand-kids. Buy 25 books, wrap them and place them near the tree with a fluffy blanket and stuffed toy to cuddle. Starting on December 1st, every evening they get to choose one of the books and open it then you spend some time reading to them and cuddling.
They don’t have to be expensive books either.

Love this for your next Holiday Party!!

Kitchen Chaos Christmas Mice

Chocolate Kisses
Red & Brown M&M’s

First you need to lay out as many pretzels on a microwave safe plate as you plan to make, add a chocolate kiss on each pretzel and stick into a microwave for about 20 seconds. (Just to soften, NOT melt) make sure to soften the chocolate just enough so that you can stick the brown M&M’s for the eyes and the red M&M’s for the nose. By softening the chocolate, it helps hold the eye’s and nose in place.

A fun idea that you can start on January 1, 2014

Reindeer Fingerprint Ornament. Such a cute idea!

These aren’t just five snowmen
As anyone can see.
I made them with my hand
Which is a part of me.
Each year when you trim the tree
You will look back and recall
Christmas of 2020
When my hand was just this small.

Easy Directions: Use a sponge brush to apply acrylic paint to your child’s hand. (No worries, it will wash off easily with soap & water). Then, keeping fingers spread, put handprint on ornament. It’s ok if the paint smudges a bit. That will help form the curves for the snowman. Once the paint dries, add the hats, eyes, etc with paint or permanent markers. Print the poem and tie to the ornament with a ribbon.
