Pregnancy is an important time to stay healthy and active. Whether you are 1st 2nd or 3rd trimester, there are key exercises your mind and body will need to be prepared you for labour and for motherhood!

Trans4m Fitness is excited to offer it’s Women Expecting Wellness program, designed by one of Trans4m’s own professional fitness trainer, mom and soon-to-be mommy of two, Naomi Leora Johnston. Naomi is Prenatal and Postnatal Corrective Exercise specialist, with over 10+ years of fitness training and certifications.

Our Prenatal group class meets at Trans4m Fitness, join us for 1, 2 or 3 classes per-week. Every class we ensure to focus on three specific areas of training; Core Training, Functional Exercise and Labour Training. The cost is $20 per class.

Our current session is open through December 2016. Spaces are limited, so please call ahead to reserve your spot and schedule a free prenatal assessment.
