Who we are
So Simply Organized is a women-owned small business that helps people
transform their living space. Based in the West Island, it was started
by two women who have a passion for organizing. The goal of our
business is to bring others a sense of joy and peace through the
decluttering and organizing of their homes and businesses.
What we offer
So Simply Organized provides an array of services for homes and
businesses, including decluttering, organizing, space creation and
even packing and unpacking.
Decluttering and organizing are our most popular offerings. We help
our clients clean out their living space by sorting through their
belongings and identifying what meaningful items they should keep and
what can be given away. The remaining belongings are then carefully
placed to create a clutter-free, organized space. Anything they have
chosen to donate goes to various non-profit organizations to help
those items find a second home.
Another service we offer is packing and unpacking. This is a wonderful
option for anyone planning to move to a new house or condo. We guide
our clients in choosing what to bring into their new space and then
pack their belongings in a way that it will be easy for them to unpack
in their new home. Want a turn-key solution? We also offer the option
of unpacking their belongings in their new home providing a move-in
ready space.

Grazeful West Island
Grazeful West Island provides beautifully presented and thoughtfully
curated charcuterie boxes, which include assorted meats and gourmet
cheeses, fresh bread and crackers, pickles, fruit and so much more in
a portable format.
Grazeful is owned and operated by Michele and Jen, two busy moms who
are both passionate about food. Their grazing boxes have been gaining
popularity for 5 a 7s, as appetizers at dinner parties, for office
lunches, weekend picnics, and as staff and teacher appreciation gifts.
