Montessori Pointe Claire Summer Day Camp (Attended Camp Fair)

Our senior camp program is developed and run by our lively, ECE qualified staff (who are in their 20’s). Over several months before camp starts, these young women create a program with different fun themes for each week, and daily activities to keep everyone busy and excited with their days. Parents receive a weekly calendar with activities and lunch menu, letting them know what their child will be doing.

Included in the camp are activities with specialists every afternoon. We have karate with Sensei Megan, Sportball with coach Matt, music with music teacher Kimberley Beyea, Yoga with kid’s yoga instructor Jodie, and Science experiments with the Science Gal. All our specialists are excellent and have worked with Montessori for many years. The children love these activities.

Redwood is situated on 27 privately owned acres of spacious fields and forests in beautiful Vaudreuil, neighboring Hudson/St. Lazare. Robotics Camp (Attended Camp Fair)

This ultimate summer construction LEGO camp is a fun and creative learning experience for children. Kids will explore and experience our high-tech, interactive Robotics Camp that stimulates the imagination. Using LEGO robotic systems, children will work to design, build and program a robot(s) to perform a number of tasks. Children will also have the option of constructing robots and structures using other building kits. The challenges presented at the Robotics Camp are designed to introduce kids to basic robotic and engineering concepts or to build on previous knowledge of robotic and engineering systems.

The Robotics Camp is recommended for ages 7-14. No prior experience is needed. Daily sessions include instruction and activities for learning building and programming skills, as well as working on robotics projects and challenges with guidance. The Robotics Camp also includes the use of various coding software such as Scratch, MakeCode, Swift Playgrounds, Tynker and Robot C. One hour of outdoor physical activity is an integral part of the day.

Baie-D’Urfe Yacht Club Junior Sailing School

Participating in sailing builds self-confidence, develops essential life skills and
enhances young people’s wellbeing. Every young person deserves to feel confident,
be healthy, and know their worth. Sailing gives them the opportunity to find freedom
and independence. One of the biggest lessons sailing can teach people is how to
persevere against the odds. Sailing will also help develop other strengths such as
responsibility, teamwork, patience and ecological awareness.
The Baie-D’Urfe Yacht Club boasts a great Junior Sailing Program! We are not a
daycare nor a daycamp, but rather a family-oriented sailing school that offers all-day
training (10am-5pm) and fun for kids of all ages and all levels of sailing experience.
We are a smaller and intimate club that fosters a safe and exciting way to spend the
summer outdoors; getting fresh air and learning the wonderful skills of sailing and the
pleasures that accompany that process.
We offer learn to sail, advanced sailing, and race team options as well as pre-season
and post-season options if there is enough demand. Our program includes family fun
days and an awards night BBQ/potluck dinner at the end of each season to celebrate
our sailors’ successes.
Our coaches are all certified sailors and graduates of our own program! They are

2025 ART SUMMER DAY CAMP

Art summer camp at the Transformart Studio is a one of a kind opportunity for fun art-making, exploring creativity, and making friends.

Our little studio offers a safe and supportive environment where children can learn and blossom. It is a trilingual (English, French, and Spanish) program that immerses your child in fine arts. Their creativity is encouraged and celebrated, and classes are restricted to no more than eight to ten children in order to provide a personalized environment.

There will be a variety of art-related activities, such as drawing, painting, sculpture, and printmaking.

The campers get to work with different materials and mediums, learn from the stories of famous, accomplished artists, experiment with various techniques, and express themselves through their art.

The schedule comprises outdoor and indoor activities (depending on the weather), such as painting outside, yoga, and observation of nature. It includes themed art projects on art history, drawing, painting, printmaking and sculpture.

The studio will only offer two weeks this year: one week in July and another in August… The places are limited s, so please sign up as soon as possible

Briarwood Aquatic Day Camp

Briarwood Pool has been serving the West-Island community for over 50 years! We offer a Daycamp which includes swimming lessons and a multitude of other activites.

In one word: HEART. Briarwood has been serving our community for 50 years, offering lessons in water safety and aquatic sports, and fun activities for the whole family

Our qualified and handpicked staff are committed to caring for your child and making this summer the best one yet! Camp runs for 8 weeks between June 24^th to August 16th, 2024. All campers have swimming lessons included and can potentially participate in a host of other aquatic activities. A great camp where kids spend a lot of time outdoors, where kids make amazing memories. When you register your child for camp, the whole family benefits from a pool membership (see conditions in registration documents). Camp Hours 8:00am to 5:00pm. Extended hours from 7:00 am to 8:00 am and from 5:00 pm to 6:00 pm.
