For Carolina Safi, founder of Hosting Table, the dinner table has always been more than a place
to eat. It is where families slow down, where kids learn to carry themselves with confidence, and
where the small rituals of hosting turn into lasting memories. Based in Montreal, Carolina began
her training with Instituto de Etiqueta e Protocolo (IEP) before earning her certification through
The English Manner and Beaumont Etiquette. She built Hosting Table around a simple belief:
etiquette is not about rigid rules, it is a tool that helps children and adults feel comfortable and
self-assured in any setting, from a birthday party to a formal dinner.

That belief is at the heart of Hosting Table’s work with families. Through private consultations
and hands-on workshops, Carolina helps parents give their kids something that will serve them
for life: the confidence to walk into a room, shake a hand, hold a real conversation, and sit at any
table without a second thought. Sessions are warm and interactive rather than stiff or lecture-
style, designed so kids actually enjoy learning while parents see real, visible progress in how
their children carry themselves at home, at school, and in social settings.
Carolina is certified by The English Manner and Beaumont Etiquette and works with families
and schools across Montreal area. Whether through a private family consultation or one of
Carolina’s signature workshops, West Island parents looking to raise confident, socially at-ease
kids will find a partner who treats etiquette as a life skill, not a formality.
