I had the pleasure of watching the digital pre-screening of a new series coming to Disney + on February 23rd called “The Proud Family: Louder and Prouder”. This series is a continuation of the acclaimed series where it follows a teenage girl named Penny and her family around as they deal with real life issues in our common world these days. You will be able to relate to her misfortunes and laugh as well. Being a teen these days is not easy. Penny and the Proud family shows us that we are not alone in the dealings of kids, technology and family life. With the constant threat of bullies, social media and more, tweens and teenagers all around will connect with this great series. You will quickly grow to love the Proud family.
I was able to watch episode 1 and 2 and being a mom of a teenager, I could relate to these episodes. I can’t give away too much, but I will say I did enjoy watching and can’t wait to see the rest once it comes out on Disney +. Your kids will definitely be able to relate in some way for sure. The life and tribulations of a teenager was front and center and boy did they get it right! You have to mark February 23rd on your calender as this new Series will be hitting Disney + that day. Will be a perfect watch over spring break!!! Great for the whole family
